Refund Policy

Movidou reports are digital content delivered as soon as they are generated. Refunds fall into three categories:

• Statutory withdrawal, if you have not yet asked us to start delivery, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
• Defective delivery, if a report fails to generate, is incomplete or is materially defective, we regenerate it free of charge or refund you in full.
• Other requests, anything else is reviewed case by case, at our discretion.

Movidou sells the reports on this site directly. Card payments are securely processed on our behalf by Stripe; refunds are approved by us and issued through Stripe.

To request a refund:

• Email us at support@movidou.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order reference or receipt.
• We confirm receipt and process eligible requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

When a purchase is refunded, access to the paid sections of that report is withdrawn and the plan returns to the free assessment view.

Movidou provides automated planning information, not legal or immigration advice. Always verify immigration requirements with the relevant authorities or a qualified professional. An unfavourable official outcome, for example a visa decision, is not in itself a defect in the report.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because our reports are digital content delivered immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want access straight away and that you accept losing the 14 day withdrawal right once delivery begins. We record that confirmation with your purchase.

If you have not yet confirmed immediate access, or delivery has not started, you can still withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
